Nicole Loxley began her yoga journey in 2002, when she turned to the practice to relieve scoliosis. As her practice deepened, Nicole found yoga not only helped with back pain, but with all aspects of life. This experience lead her to become a yoga teacher so she could share the benefits of yoga with others.
Nicole is a Level 2 Yoga Australia registered yoga teacher with a wide range of training. She enjoys bringing together the best of what yoga, as not only a therapy but a way of life has to offer a modern yogi while remaining true to the ancient practice of yoga. Nicole established Zama Yoga and co-founded YIMI – the Yoga and Integrative Medicine Institute.
