“I have a deep commitment to the gentle unfolding of embodied meditation everyday life ~ to be peaceful in all that we are. Such simplicity brings meaning and joy to our lives and is worth sharing with others.
Meditation is considered the most honourable vocation in the Eastern traditions and worth devoting one’s whole life to. I have seen it influence many people’s lives for the better, and I have personally benefited from its daily grounding guidance in my own life. It has been through times of deep suffering in my life that I found compassion and breath as an instrumental catalyst for true renewal.
In practice, I hold very dear to my heart sincerity in relationships, embodied peace and compassion.”
Celia is an advocate for the enormous benefits people receive through yoga and meditation. Celia is a regular presenter on ABC radio and liaises with government, councils and higher educational institutions to promote the work of yoga teachers across our Nation.
Celia’s teachings explore the deeper dimensions of yoga and exquisitely touch upon her own two pillars of faith; Breath and Compassion.
To her, these things stand like stone.
