scholarship250YIMI now offers accredited distance and online learning for our 200 hour and 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training courses.

These courses are Yoga Australia accredited Yoga Teacher Training programs. Upon completion, you will be a qualified as a Yoga Teacher and able to obtain insurance to teach yoga. You will also qualify to upgrade with our Advanced Diploma in Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, and post -graduate specialties.

These courses are fully accredited with Yoga Australia. 200 hour graduates are eligible for provisional membership of Yoga Australia and 350 hour graduates are eligible for full membership of Yoga Australia. Both the 200 hour and 350 hour course will have you qualified to obtain insurance to teach yoga.

These courses follow an integrative medicinal approach, combining the best of Western Biomedicine with Eastern Yoga philosophy and practice, delivered through home study, home practice, assignments and mentoring.

Distance training can be started at anytime. We recommend 12 months to complete the course but this can vary depending on your learning style.

  2. Once you have chosen a course have a look through our policies
  3. Choose the payment type (upfront or payment plan) for the corresponding course and click on that payment option. You’ll find these links under Pricing above
  4. That’s it! Once we receive payment confirmation we will be in touch with your welcome email and course pack

Prerequisites

Some yoga experience is required, but there are no prerequisites for the 200 hour and 350 hour courses. For the Upgrade to 350 hour course students must have a minimum of 200 hours of formal Yoga Teacher Training.
