200hr + restorative specialty

_ssa9124This course is a Yoga Australia accredited 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Upon completion, you will be a qualified as a 200 hour Yoga Teacher and able to obtain insurance to teach restorative yoga. You will also qualify to upgrade with our 350hr Yoga Teacher TrainingAdvanced Diploma in Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, and post -graduate specialties.

We developed this course for those who are not yet yoga teachers but would like to gain a qualification to teach restorative yoga. If you are interested in teaching other styles of yoga as well as restorative yoga, consider taking our 200hr or 350hr Yoga Teacher Training and add Restorative Yoga Therapeutics as a post-graduate option.

The course follows an integrative medicinal approach, combining the best of Western Biomedicine with Eastern Yoga philosophy and practice, delivered through workshops, home practice, classes and assignments.

Our teaching team are highly qualified and experienced within their fields. You will be taught by:

The 200hr yoga teacher training with restorative specialty is divided into four parts. Workshops are scheduled on the following days:

  • Part 1: 2-days: Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th March 2017 (8am – 4:30pm ) at Upper Brookfield Retreat
  • Part 2: 7-days: Monday 3rd April up to and including Sunday 9th April (times tbc) at Zama Yoga Toowong
  • Part 3: 2-days: Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd April 2017 (10am – 6pm ) at Upper Brookfield Retreat
  • Part 4: 7-days: Monday 18th September up to and including Sunday 24th September (times tbc) at Zama Yoga Toowong

Some yoga experience is required; we highly recommend at least 12 months regular practice, but we do take all cases into consideration. Contact us if you are unsure, we are always happy to chat.
