Aerial Yoga originated in New York and is now growing in popularity all over the world. As a teacher, the art of aerial yoga is a fun and accessible practice to introduce to students, from beginners to experienced yogis wanting yoga from a different point of view!

Your Teachers

Deb Goulding is a yoga teacher and therapist and teaches Aerial Yoga at Zama Yoga Toowoomba.

The Aerial Yoga course is scheduled from 8am – 5pm on Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th July 2017 at Zama Yoga Toowoomba.

Minimum 200 hours of formal yoga teacher training.
